Our therapists take pride in being experts in our field and complete nearly 120 continuing education hours (compared to the required 40 hours) every two years, allowing us to provide you with the highest standard of care.

Olivia Anderson PT, DPT

Clinic DirectorOlivia Valentine earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Southwest Baptist University. Prior to that, Olivia obtained her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Freed-Hardeman University.
Olivia is most interested in treating balance and gait abnormalities.
In her free time, Olivia enjoys spending time with her friends and family, road-tripping, and watching football (or really any sports).

Physical Therapist AssistantTaylor was born in Fayetteville, AR and lived his first 4 years of life in Northwest Arkansas. He then moved to Carthage, Missouri where he graduated from Carthage High School. Before traveling back to Fayetteville to attend the University of Arkansas, where he gained interest in the field of physical therapy while attending school, being an active member in the Kinesiology club. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree with Pre-Professional Kinesiology.
Taylor then found an opportunity to attend the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College in the summer of 2017. He furthered his knowledge in the field of physical therapy in his year there and graduated with and Associates Degree in Physical Therapist Assistance in 2018.
Taylor began his professional journey at Redbud Physical Therapy in Owasso, Oklahoma in July 2018 and is excited to continue learning and growing in his profession.

Physical Therapist AssistantOtis R. Booker Jr. earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Minnesota, Crookston. Otis served in the United States Air Force where he received an honorable discharge. Soon after, he attended Pima Medical Institute where he obtained his Occupational Health Degree. Otis has over a decade of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
In his free time, Otis enjoys going to the movies, restaurants and on vacations with his beautiful wife, Dr. Chelsea McGee.
Alicia Carner PT, MPT, CHT

Clinic DirectorAlicia was born and raised in Kiefer, Oklahoma, and moved to Skiatook in 2001. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with her Master of Physical Therapy in 2007 and has worked in an outpatient setting ever since.
Alicia joined the Redbud Physical Therapy family in 2011 and has had the opportunity to work with various orthopedic, neurologic, and sports related injuries, as well as the pediatric population.
In her free time, Alicia enjoys spending her spare time with her family.

Clinic Director, Physical TherapistAbbey has been an Oklahoma Native since she was born. She graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University with a major in Exercise Science and a minor in Natural Science. While there, she played there she played college softball and was a three time Academic All-American. Following OBU, she moved to Tulsa where she graduated with honors from the University of Oklahoma Health and Science Center with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. She has now earned her Orthopedic Clinic Specialist (OCS) certification, a specialist certification from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.
She began her physical therapy career in a hospital setting at a long-term acute care facilities and with home health. This gave her many valuable experiences that she finds especially useful with certain diagnoses, but she always felt like her passion with more with the orthopedic outpatient setting. She has been with Redbud and at the Coweta location since 2016 where she is the Clinic Director and Physical Therapist. She strives to create a welcoming, friendly environment and loves all of the people from the community she gets to interact with.
As a former college athlete, Abbey has an increased interest in treating sports patients and athletic groups. She is also passionate in teaching people about exercise who may have never exercised before and loves it when she can help them feel empowered to help take more control of their own health. She finds joy in helping people get back to whatever they love to do and helping them get stronger.
Abbey resides in Bixby, OK with her husband, Jonathan, their daughter Logyn, and their son Jon Grayson. She enjoys almost anything sport related or outdoors, including golfing, CrossFit, sports with her kids, slow pitch softball, running, camping, hiking, and taking her dog on walks. Abbey also enjoys volunteering at her church and time with family.

Physical Therapist AssistantFrom a small Southeastern, Kansas town, Lacy graduated from Erie High School. She attended Labette Community College where she received her Associate’s degree from the Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
Upon graduating, Lacy moved to Tulsa where she began her practice as a PTA in outpatient orthopedics. She has enjoyed expanding her knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation and loves to help patients return to their hobbies and work activities.
In her spare time, Lacy enjoys running, cooking, and spending time with her family.
John Crank PT, DPT, OCS

Regional Director, Administrative TeamJohn Crank is a Regional Director and Physical Therapist. He started his career with Redbud as a staff therapist at the Sand Springs location in 2015, before becoming the Clinic Director in 2016.
Raised in Muskogee, Oklahoma, John received his Bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University (Go Pokes!) in Nutrition. He went on to graduate with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center in Tulsa.
John is a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) with additional certification in Trigger Point Dry Needling. He is an active member of the Oklahoma Physical Therapy Association and the American Physical Therapy Association. John is involved in the Tulsa running and triathlete community providing injury assessments and volunteering at races for post-race Physical Therapy.
John currently lives in Tulsa with his wife, Andrea, and daughters, Ava and Naomi. When he’s not in the clinic, he enjoys camping with his family, running, and grilling.
Missy Davis PT

Clinic DirectorMissy was born and raised in Copan, Oklahoma and moved to Broken Arrow in 2005. She earned her Physical Therapy Degree in 1999 at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
Missy has worked in outpatient orthopedics for the majority of her career and especially enjoys treating knee and shoulder injuries. She has certifications in ASTYM and Kinesiotaping treatments.
In her free time, Missy enjoys spending time with her family and bullet journaling.
Brady Hargis PT, DPT

Clinic DirectorBrady grew up in Elk City, Oklahoma . He made his way to Green Country via physical therapy school when he was accepted into the program at the University of Oklahom – Tulsa (OU-Tulsa) in 2010, graduating in 2013 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. He has worked with Redbud Physical Therapy since graduation, with a short hiatus of about a year in 2014-2015 that saw he and his wife living in the Pacific Northwest and the Southwest completing traveling physical therapy contracts in a variety of settings. They enjoyed spending time in different parts of the country and traveling, but they always knew Oklahoma was home and moved back at the end of 2015.
Brady enjoys treating clients with a wide variety of orthopedic conditions, including sports injuries (weekend warriors or student athletes), pre- and post-surgical patients, acute or chronic pain patients, and just about anyone in between. He has taken many continuing education courses related to evidence-based treatment of the spine and extremities with an emphasis in hands on manual therapy. In 2020 Brady obtained his Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification, a specialist certification from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties in Orthopaedic in Physical Therapy.
Brady and his lovely wife, Hannah, enjoy a variety of outdoor activities here in Tulsa and nearby areas. They live with their two dogs and cat. Brady has a deep appreciation for coffee and the Texas Rangers. Brady strives to create a friendly and welcoming environment in Midtown, Tulsa, to get patients back to living full and active lives!
Kyla Ibarra PTA

Physical Therapist AssistantKyla Ibarra earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northeastern State University. Prior to that, Kyla obtained her Associate of Science in Physical Therapy Assistant from Tulsa Community College.
Kyla is most interested in treating the lower back.
In her free time, Kyla enjoys spending time with friends and family, spending time with her dog, and playing softball.

Regional Director, Administrative TeamJonathan Jurgens earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences. In order to better serve his patients, he relocated to Texas and successfully completed a two year Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency with Evidence in Motion (EIM) earning his Board Certification in Orthopedics (OCS). Jonathan is a veteran of our armed forces having served two tours in Iraq where he engaged in combat missions and route clearance patrols as a combat engineer and explosive ordinance clearance agent (EOCA). He was awarded several military awards including a double recipient of the Army Commendation Medal. He was honorably discharged in 2010. Jonathan now serves as a Clinic Director for our Glenpool location. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Andrea and children, Maverick and Ella.

Clinic DirectorJosh is an Owasso native now living in the beautiful city of Collinsville, Oklahoma. He graduated from Northeastern State University in 2008 majoring in chemistry. Following his graduation, he was accepted into the University of Oklahoma to start his physical therapy career. During his time in school, he was actively involved with the Oklahoma Physical Therapy Association (OPTA) taking multiple extracurricular classes to improve his clinical education. He graduated in May of 2011 with his doctorate of physical therapy. He is currently pursuing his doctor of science in physical therapy from Texas Tech University in hopes that one day he’ll be able to teach for a physical therapy program.
Since 2011, Josh has kept his roots with Redbud Physical Therapy starting at the downtown Tulsa location for 3 years before opening the Collinsville clinic June 2, 2014. In 2015, he completed his Certified Orthopedist Manual Therapist (COMT) certification specializing in the spine, and he incorporates this knowledge into his practice every day.
Josh is actively involved with the Collinsville Chamber of Commerce and enjoys being involved in the community. He is also an active board member for the OPTA and works hard for the profession. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
Amy Malone PT, MPT, ATC, OCS

Regional DirectorAmy Malone is the Regional Director for Redbud Physical Therapy. She is a native of Chicago, Illinois. Amy attended Ohio State University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree. After attending Ohio State, she earned her Master’s of Science in Exercise Science from Syracuse. Upon graduation, she earned her Master’s of Physical Therapy degree from Governors State University in University Park, IL.
Continuing her education, Amy earned certifications in Trigger Point Dry Needling and is working towards her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification through Herman and Wallace. Treating both men’s and women’s Pelvic Floor, Amy treats conditions involving pelvic and testicular pain, incontinence, constipation, overactive bladder, dyspareunia, prolapse and much more.
Amy is happy to now call Tulsa home and enjoys traveling to various clinics to treat patients. In her free time, her other interests include running, practicing yoga, and traveling around the globe.
Courtney Plummer PT, DPT

Clinic DirectorCourtney Plummer earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center. Prior to that, Courtney obtained her Bachelor of Science in Health, Education, and Promotion from Oklahoma State University.
Courtney specializes in rodeo and basketball athletes and is most interested in treating sports and orthopedics.
Courtney enjoys strength training, cycling and running, roping and riding horses, drinking coffee, and reading in her free time.
Rebecca Shetlar PT, DPT

Physical TherapistBecky Shetlar earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Wichita State University. Before that, Becky attended undergraduate at Kansas State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology.
Becky loves treating a variety of patients for example orthopedic injuries, patients with balance deficits, and neurological injuries.
In her free time, Becky enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cheering on K-State, and embroidering.
Janie Taylor PT, DPT, OCS

CEOJanie Taylor, PT, DPT, OCS, is a partner in Physical Therapy Central as well as Confluent Health. She currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Physical Therapy Central. Janie started her career with Physical Therapy Central in 2006 as a staff physical therapist. She became a managing partner in 2011, opening the Davis location. Prior to transitioning to CEO, Janie took on the role of Regional Director for PTC, as well as Director of Compliance.
In 2003, Janie graduated summa cum laude from Oklahoma State University with an BS in Human Sciences. She then attended the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, graduating with a master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2006. Janie earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy degree from A.T. Still University, School of Health Sciences in 2009. Janie continued to develop her practice by earning her board certification in orthopaedics from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties in 2010. Janie was recently honored by Oklahoma State University as a College of Human Sciences Rising Star Alumni.
Janie has been active in the Oklahoma Physical Therapy Association (OPTA) since 2003, serving as membership chairman, Secretary, and 1st Vice President. She as been active with the OPTA legislative committee, advocating for the PT profession on Capitol Hill many times over the past years. Janie received the Emerging Leader Award from the American Physical Therapy Association in 2008. In 2011, Janie was awarded the OPTA Kenneth Ball Award for Significant Service to the association.
Janie enjoys spending time with her husband, Tommy, and 3 children – Kate, Harrison, and Anna. She loves warm weather activities, attending all her children’s sporting events, and rooting on her OSU Cowboys!
